RETURN POLICY
We will always strive to ensure 100% satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your eyewear you may return the product within 30 days with no questions asked. We will of course give you a full refund.
You may of course open the package, which gives you the opportunity to try out the eyeglasses before you eventually decide to return them. We require that the glasses must be as new and in its original packaging along with the delivery note.
NOTE:
We always advice our customers to order glasses based on a new prescription. (No older than 2 years) However, if you have ordered glasses based on an old prescription your vision may have changed. It is therefor advisable that you visit an optician to get your new glasses checked against your current prescription.
Also if you have a new prescription your eyes might need a little time to adjust to the new lenses. We recommend that you wear your new glasses for a week to allow your eyes to adjust. Allowing this time will enable you to conclude on whether you have purchased glasses with the correct strength.
